Successful Choices was founded on a simple but powerful belief: every young person deserves the opportunity, support, guidance, and encouragement needed to reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they may face.

At Successful Choices, we are committed to helping foster youth, at-risk youth, underserved families, and young people facing academic, behavioral, social, and emotional challenges discover their strengths, develop positive life skills, and build a successful future.

We understand that many youth face obstacles that can make success seem out of reach. Through mentorship, education, life skills training, leadership development, recreation, career exploration, family support services, and positive youth development programs, we provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.

Our programs are designed to help youth:

• Build confidence and self-esteem
• Improve academic performance
• Develop leadership and social skills
• Explore career and educational opportunities
• Strengthen decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Develop positive relationships with peers and adults
• Learn responsibility, accountability, and character
• Create goals and plans for a successful future

Successful Choices is more than a program—it is a community. We strive to create a place where youth feel valued, supported, and connected; where families can access resources and encouragement; and where communities can come together to invest in the next generation.

Whether through our Resource Center, mentorship programs, leadership academies, after-school activities, summer camps, basketball training, foster care support services, or community outreach initiatives, our goal remains the same: to help young people make successful choices that lead to successful lives.

Our foundation is built upon our signature "18 Key Ingredients to Success," a framework that teaches youth the importance of character, responsibility, respect, preparation, self-control, consistency, honesty, and other lifelong principles that contribute to success at home, in school, in sports, in relationships, and in future careers.

We believe every child has greatness within them. Sometimes they simply need someone to believe in them, guide them, and provide opportunities to help them succeed.
